Allowing you to take the lead, offering support when needed.

Clinical Background

From working in K-12 Special Education, coordinating family support in a substance use recovery program, and years of providing outpatient therapy, I have a wide range of experience.

My specialty areas include:

  • religious deconstruction/reconstruction

  • processing childhood trauma

  • prenatal/postpartum seasons of life

  • college/adolescent transition

  • identity exploration

  • clients with loved ones experiencing substance use disorder

In my practice, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach is person-centered, which is based on the understanding that people are naturally driven towards their full potential when given a safe and accepting environment. We will work collaboratively together, allowing you to take the lead while offering support along the way.
